PRIVACY & COOKIES
Privacy Notice
CASORIAS respects your privacy and processes personal data carefully and only for clear, legitimate purposes. This notice applies to our website and to information you provide through our contact form.
1. Who is responsible?
CASORIAS
Contact person: CASORIAS
Email: info@casorias.com
2. What data do we process?
When you contact us, we may process your name, email address, property location, message and any photos or documents you choose to attach. We ask only for information needed to handle your enquiry.
3. How do we use your data?
- to answer your enquiry;
- to prepare services or a proposal when you request this;
- to arrange and communicate about a service or project;
- to comply with legal obligations where required.
4. Legal basis
Depending on the situation, processing is based on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing a contract, complying with a legal obligation or pursuing a legitimate interest. Where consent is legally required, we request it separately and clearly.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be processed by service providers supporting our website, forms, email and business operations where necessary. Where required by law, appropriate processor arrangements are put in place. For a Property Scan or project, information may be shared where necessary with professionals engaged by CASORIAS, such as a lawyer, valuer or contractor. We share no more information than necessary for the relevant service.
6. Contact forms and files
Our contact form is technically processed through Netlify Forms. Netlify states that form submissions are securely stored and that uploaded files can form part of a submission. We actively manage this information and delete it when it is no longer needed.
Please avoid sending special-category or otherwise highly sensitive personal data through the form unless it is necessary for your enquiry.
7. Retention
We keep enquiry data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. As a general rule, enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact, unless a longer period is necessary for an ongoing matter, a legal obligation, or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Data forming part of a service or business administration may therefore be retained longer where legally required.
8. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. Contact info@casorias.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
9. Cookies
The current CASORIAS website does not use non-essential analytics, marketing or tracking cookies. We therefore do not currently display a cookie banner. Technical functions may use technical storage or session information necessary for the website or a service to function. If we later introduce non-essential cookies or similar tracking technologies, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for consent in advance.
10. External links
The website contains links to services including Facebook and Instagram. Once you visit those external websites, their own privacy and cookie policies apply.
11. Changes
CASORIAS may update this notice when the website, services or legal requirements change. This page contains the latest version.
